Engagements

Paid work begins only under a written statement of work or proposal accepted by both parties. That document controls scope, fees, confidentiality, and delivery. If it conflicts with these website terms, the engagement document prevails for that work.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at a volume that impairs service, or submit unlawful or deceptive form content. We may suspend access that threatens site integrity.

Intellectual property

Site design, text, and branding belong to Analytiqtech or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. Deliverables under an engagement are licensed as stated in that engagement.

No warranty on site content

We provide the site “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every article remains current. Audit conclusions apply only to scoped engagements with agreed evidence.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Analytiqtech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability for paid engagements is governed by the applicable statement of work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
